PAUL WILL NOT SPEAK AT GOP CONVENTION IN TAMPA BECAUSE HE “REFUSES TO FULLY ENDORSE MITT ROMNEY”

In a bombshell announcement less than an hour ago GOP presidential candidate Ron Paul, who holds a small number of delegates to the GOP convention, states he has declined to speak at the GOP convention starting Tuesday in Tampa because he “refuses to fully endorse Mitt Romney.” The New York Times is reporting that the Romney campaign sought to vet his speech and needed assurance that Paul would fully endorse the presumptive GOP nominee. This was too much for the Libertarian congressman who will be speaking at a rally of his supporters at the University of South Florida today.
