UPDATE 13h40m HST/EST According to local law enforcement the gunman who has killed five people in three Montogomery County,PA townships has escaped from his position barricaded in a home in Souderton and remains at large.

A gunman has killed five people in the Montgomery County, PA towns of Lower Salford, Souderton and Pennsburg. Media outlets in Philadelphia are reporting the shooter is barricaded in a home in Souderton and is a male military veteran.
