Law enforcement in Garner, North Carolina are reporting a murder suicide. Michael Benedetti, 46, killed his wife 57 year old wife Eileen in their home and then took his own life. The cause of both deaths has not been confirmed at this time.

Police Chief Terry Isaacs of Fruitland Park, Florida has resigned amid allegations he mishandled reports of his officers being members of the KKK.
